We all need to care for our common home!

Leaning Intention: We are learning to care for our common home.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I list ways we can reduce waste.

It's important for us to attend mass on Fridays!

On Friday the 7th of April Room 7, Room 6 and Room 8 walked to church for our Friday mass. After we entered the church, we sat down on the benches ready for Father to begin mass.
Father Andrew guided us and shared with us the message of God and Room 7 responded the message of God.
We sang hymns and them we had communion where some people received the bread and the wine. After mass we went back to class.
I really enjoyed responding to the prayers and the words of God during mass.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write an introduction, the events and then a conclusion about our Friday mass.

Katie Glynn was our special guest!

Katie Glynn came to our school. We all went to the hall to meet her. Katie showed us pictures of herself and a video. She told us the dream that she had and what she had to do to achieve it.

Learning Intention: We are learning to write a verbal recount.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I record a brief recount of Katie Glynn's visit to our school using Blabberize.

How much do you know about reducing heat energy?

Learning Intention:We are learning to follow the steps of statistical investigation.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I make a survey using Google Form.
