This is a Litany to Saint Mark!
Almighty God, who by the hand of Mark the evangelist have given to your Church the Gospel of Jesus Christ the Son of God: We thank you for this witness, and pray that we may be firmly grounded in its truth; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Saint Matthew prayed to God and spread the Good News!
- He inspired us by helping other people and spreading the Good News.
- Preaching the word of God helped Saint Matthew to become a Saint.
- I think being a saint would be hard because you would have to help a lot of people and stay faithful.
- Saint Matthew was a tax collector and he was also called a publican.
- Saint Matthew was one of Jesus’ 12 disciples and the writer of the gospel Matthew.
